Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen – ITV

I edit produced and directed 3×45’ eps of this fun and colourful returning cookery show presented by Prue Leith at her home in the Cotswolds for ITV.

My episodes featured special guests broadcaster Mariella Frostrup, Strictly dancer Vito Coppola and wine expert Olly Smith cooking up their favourite recipes in the kitchen while catching up with Prue. Alongside were specially shot VTs profiling the stories of local food heroes and producers, a recipe cook along with Prue and her ever-enthusiastic husband John, plus short features following John’s work around their home covering everything from encouraging local wildlife to having new features installed in the garden. All with a good dollop of warmth and a generous splash of humour!

I worked with two editors across edits simultaneously to hit tight channel deadlines in Avid over 4 weeks.
